The planning investment compensates for professional time, research, expertise, and strategic design. The planning investment is non-refundable once payment is received and services have commenced.

All travel arrangements are subject to the individual terms and conditions of each supplier, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation providers. Atlas Reserve is not responsible for supplier-imposed changes, cancellations, schedule modifications, penalties, or denied refunds.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all confirmations promptly and ensuring they possess valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, and any required entry requirements.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and authorize Atlas Reserve to begin the travel design process on your behalf.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
